Job Description

This multi-disciplinary role balances image and message crafting to our 20K+ internal clients with production responsibility for a selection of Microchip’s leadership, technical, and employee development programs. This is a cross-functional position in our award-winning Global Organizational Learning and Development (GOLD) team.

Duties & Responsibilities

Marketing communications, including internal communications, image management and messaging for GOLD programs
Raising awareness of programs to the internal client audience
Interfacing with coordinators to schedule SMEs and facilitators
Authoring, coordinating, and publishing GOLD communications
Coordinating cross-functional approvals for new marketing content
Using SharePoint to manage and update department internal website
Reporting on learning program reach and effectiveness by analyzing program evaluations
Key Responsibilities:

Developing and advancing the image of the GOLD organization
Crafting compelling messaging to our clients for a variety of targeted learning programs
Working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Expert Facilitators to support leadership, technical and general business curricula
Producing offerings of existing learning programs: A producer orchestrates the successful planning, targeting, enrollment, and execution of custom in-house learning programs. This role does not require design or creation of learning programs.
Analyzing GOLD program data and other corporate data sources for effectiveness, targeting, coverage and utilization
Communicating the GOLD vision to our clients

Minimum Requirements

2+ years’ experience working with program/project management and communication, in an organizational role
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrable critical thinking skills and attention to detail
Ability to cope with complex information and situations and independently develop solutions
B.A./B.S. in Marketing/Communications/Entertainment Management or related field
