Honeywell Aerospace has an exciting opening for a customer marketing position at its Phoenix headquarters. The successful candidate will drive marketing for our 500+ airline customers, as well as manufacturers like Airbus and Boeing, with an emphasis on digital marketing and actionable analytics This position focuses on sales demand generation and building upon customer experiences, from initial engagement to sales lead, revenue and post-sales marketing. Understanding airline market dynamics, segmenting, buying decisions and customer personas -- and developing and executing marketing plans covering mass, micro and behavioral marketing audiences that increase sales and brand reputation. Leading and managing a sizeable budget, extensive agency and contractor network that focus on pre-purchase (new), existing and post-sales customers directly and through a global channel program. Extensive matrix and partnership work with executives, Phoenix and global business and marketing colleagues, government affairs, investor relations, commercial excellence/sales training, public relations and internal communications. Maintain – and serve as a role model for – a close and productive work and relationship between Aerospace and Honeywell’s corporate marketing group. Understand and analyze metrics, or “actionable analytics” and how that data shapes and provides trending to how best to market and sell to customers.

YOU MUST HAVE High School Diploma or GED Some experience in corporate marketing, MarComm WE VALUE Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications Proficiency in integrated marketing strategy, communications disciplines, digital and competitive analysis, budgeting and the ability to drive alignment among many stakeholders. Proven experience in working with top executives, and in a highly matrixed environment. Understanding the fundamental “Customer Decision Journey” paths customers take in an online environment, and proven experience and results in marketing efforts that map to the various aspects of the “journey.” Excellent written and spoken English; other languages (French, German) a significant benefit Self-directed, highly motivated, results-driven – and a “win and have fun” attitude to work and managing people and projects. Strong program management and planning skills, with a focus on quality and attention to detail Knowledge or experience in the aviation industry, or better yet, a pilot (or the proven ability to rapidly gain that knowledge). In-depth knowledge and provable practical experience in digital marketing, preferably in behavioral targeting and micro-targeting. Experience operating in an ambiguous and dynamic environment with evolving requirements, expectations Ability to manage multiple programs/projects simultaneously. and organizational needs. Proven communications experience focusing upon audience and persona segmentation Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills to drive engagement with senior leaders, peers and customers around the world. Strong analytical and persuasive skills; excellent presentation and writing prowess. Creative and strategic thinker with a track record of turning plans and ideas into actionable programs.
