We are looking for someone who can handle multiple tasks, is versatile and can jump in and help where needed. The Account Coordinator will manage/assist on an average of 5-8 accounts. Must be organized and able to manage a project from start to finish with minimal supervision. Should have a passion for social media content creation as well as content writing and media pitching. Must be capable of making connections with clients and maintain an appreciation for continual learning and working on a team. The Phoenix office of The Ferraro Group is seeking a Public Relations Account Coordinator to lead a variety of accounts in the real estate, outdoor recreation and lifestyle industry. Duties • Writing and editing PR documents, annual reports and social media content • Social media content creation from start to finish (video, photo, written) • Updating/creating media lists • Creating media coverage reports • Influencer coordination • Research and contribute to strategic planning and creative campaign brainstorm • Managing onsite client special events and interactive customer experiences • Tracking and reporting for social media and media coverage • Familiarity with Cision, Meltwater, HARO, MuckRack or other media tools • Running errands for the office in preparation for client meetings, events and other circumstances

Requirements • Proficient in writing utilizing AP Style • Social Media creation and familiar with various platforms – Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Vimeo, Snapchat, etc. • Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Sprout Social Additional Beneficial Skills • 1-2 years advertising or public relations agency experience • 1-2 years newsroom/editorial team experience • Photography skills • Video and editing skills

Must have strong writing skills, proven by writing samples, three personal/professional references and a desire to work within an agency on a public relations team juggling multiple clients. 1-2 years public relations work experience in-house, or with an agency, is ideal.
