As the Marketing Manager for MGA Homecare you will help us develop and execute on the strategic business and marketing plans for MGA Homecare, MGA Academy and the Circle of Care Colorado businesses. You will be responsible for managing all marketing channels including paid media, public relations, organic/owned content (website, social media platforms, video) and collaborating closely on the planning and strategy for internal communications and community relations. The person in this role must be willing to measure the outcomes of marketing efforts, experiment with new mediums and ideas, and bring our brand story to life for our audiences. You will also be responsible for overseeing and managing marketing vendors including print, premium items, graphic design, website maintenance, and paid media. Lastly, you need to be passionate about what you do, hard-working, organized, articulate and eager to work in a team environment, all while continually evolving and improving your skills.

• Working closely with business line stakeholders to ensure earned, owned, shared and paid channels achieve business objectives • Collaborate with leadership, recruiters, clients and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of our audiences • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, reports, infographics, etc.) • Working closely with the VP of Operations and Administrators to develop digital media plans to achieve business goals for each business and location • Support the CEO and COO with internal communications, media relations and presentations to stakeholders • Manage all existing collateral including rack cards, brochures and business cards, and work with graphic designers to develop additional brand materials as needed • Source and maintain inventory of premium items for use at community events, recruiting fairs and employee recognition programs • Help build out our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels • Grow our social media audiences and subscriber/friend base by providing them regular, helpful, actionable content • Assist in developing MGA Homecare’s corporate giving and community engagement plans • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key community partners and referral agencies • Measure results, develop reports, identify trends, provide actionable recommendations for improved marketing communications performance

• Personal interest in and passion for marketing, public relations and community relations • Excellent strategic planning and execution skills • In-depth knowledge and understanding of popular social media platforms and tactics (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, etc.) • Interest in analytics and campaign optimization • Proficient in Google Analytics platforms, with ability to review reporting and make actionable recommendations • Familiarity with SEO, PPC, email marketing and digital strategy • Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience communication preferences • Ability to produce quality work under tight deadlines, work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities • The skills to examine processes and develop creative solutions • A willingness to roll up your sleeves, take on new assignments and juggle many things at once • Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms

Five to seven of experience managing marketing programs with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications or related field.
