Western Retail Advisors, a full-service, retail-focused commercial real estate brokerage firm is seeking a full-time marketing coordinator to join our growing marketing team. With offices in Phoenix and Irvine, our team is collaborative, driven, fun and forward-thinking. The ideal candidate must be positive, dependable, organized, flexible and able to work independently, as well as with a variety of individuals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional follow through is a must. Additionally, the ability to multi-task under pressure and in a fast-paced environment is essential. This role will report to the Director of Marketing in our Phoenix office.
Responsibilities: • Support marketing team initiatives and collaborate on program creation and execution • Develop, plan and curate engaging social media content. Proficient with all social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook • Collaborate with marketing team to create a social media calendar and monitor social media channels for industry trends. • Create social media graphics in Canva • Generate email marketing campaigns in Mailchimp, run reports and track results • Manage email database and list segmentation • Coordinate signage orders with external vendors • Write copy and proofread marketing brochures, flyers and other marketing materials • Assist designers with direction and content to produce high-quality presentations, packages, brochures, proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials • Promote awareness of brand internally and externally and ensure all communications materials adhere to brand standards • Research and provide Brokerage administrative support • Manage and assist with marketing and company-related projects

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field and 2-4 years of marketing, PR or communications-related experience required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proactive and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Deadline and detail-oriented with excellent project management skills • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Google Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
