PebbleCreek HOA Seeks Full-Time Communications and Graphic Design Coordinator
The PebbleCreek HOA is seeking a communications professional to fill an open, full-time position on the HOA Communications team. The Communications and Graphic Design Coordinator will provide overall assistance to the Communications department by creating graphics for use throughout the HOA, including on the website, eNewsletters, menus, and signs. The position works with HOA Departments in order to produce communications material, both electronic and printed to generate business and revenue for the HOA, in addition to communicating about HOA business, activities and events. The position will also serve as a back-up for making website updates and publishing newsletters, as well as providing assistance to the Director of Communications and Director of Technology with written communications and editing, and other duties as assigned.
2+ years previous graphic design experience; experience on the Mac platform as well as standard PC. Experience creating graphics with design and layout knowledge of many different types of graphic applications and computer platforms. Accuracy is a must. In addition, be able to work with Microsoft Excel and Word and have ability to communicate professionally in writing. AP Style and editing skills a plus. Experience with website backend also a plus, but not required. Successful candidate will be flexible, willing to work flexible hours, take direction and work in a team-based environment that is fast-paced and ever-changing.

Primary Duties will include but are not limited to:

Creative designs, layouts and artwork for newsletters, menus, website, special emails, brochures, flyers etc., using Canva, Constant Contact, InDesign and Photoshop to display content provided by department managers.
Assist Director of Communications with communications duties; to include regular updates of Activities Event lists, editing, announcement review and creation, updating flyers, and other tasks as assigned.
Routinely meets with Communications Team, the webmaster, and other HOA departments to review communications and marketing plans and graphics needs.
Develops presentations using PowerPoint and streaming video using iMovie, as well as responsibility for updating the content on the TV monitors on property

Required Skills: * 2+ years previous graphic design experience; experience on the Mac platform.

Experience creating graphics with design and layout knowledge of many different types of graphic applications and computer platform.
Microsoft Excel and Word Intermediate level
Associate Press Writing Style and Editing a plus.
