Business Development and Marketing Intern

Cybba is looking for a motivated Business Development Intern who is eager to break into eCommerce brands at all levels. The Business Development Intern is responsible for prospecting and qualifying contacts for our digital marketing and advertising solutions. Role and responsibilities will focus on creating introductions and business opportunities for the sales team. This is a fantastic way to get your foot in the door and has the opportunity to go full-time after graduation. Success factors that the BDR controls include: • 80 daily activities including phone calls, email, and video outreach • Setting 5 weekly demo meetings • Sales qualification: identifying e-commerce sites that generate significant revenue and are keen on the efficiency for customer acquisition and digital performance • Ability to provide value proposition and show ROI on our suite of products The Company Cybba Inc., founded in Boston in 2017 with offices nationwide, helps to bring its innovative digital marketing solutions to e-commerce companies around the world. • Research accounts, identify key contacts, generate interest with prospective clients to encourage sales opportunity • Set demo meetings to walk-through Cybba’s technology and offering • Build a complete understanding of each client’s online business and help them understand the limitations of their current technology • Update leads and prospect interaction in CRM (HubSpot) to ensure efficient lead management • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure overall team goals are met • Assist sellers and ops with any tasks to improve the go-live experience for the client. ie: Work with account management and with client to get tickets, creative approved etc. • Performs general office administrative support, as required

• In process of bachelor’s degree, ideally has completed at least one co-op • Basic understanding of the online advertising business • Efficiency with online sales research databases, email, and CRM • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills • Motivated, self-starter, team player; ability to work in a high energy sales environment • Financially motivated and can immediately recognize a world-class opportunity
