The Brand Coordinator will work closely with our public relations, events and client development teams and focus on providing messaging and brand guidance on internal and external communications across marketing vehicles. Your role will support the development and coordination of content and visual design elements of our inward and outward facing marketing initiatives.

Marketing Collateral, Advertisements & Invites: • Responsible for helping develop and manage content and design governance and process, including creation and improvement of firmwide templates. • Work with lawyers and practice groups to implement content marketing plans that align with firm wide client development priorities. • Help coordinate messaging and brand strategies for firmwide client development initiatives and projects. • Assist with the creation and placement of firm advertisements; including working to ensure placement and management of program ads and sponsorships. • Coordinate with PR team to ensure strategic messaging and placement of paid media opportunities. • Review and analyze ROI on advertising requests to maximize advertising value. Internal & External Communications: • Play a key role in the development of content that aligns with overall marketing strategy and joins with the firm’s technology. Develop client collateral, including talking points, messaging, and strategic plans. • Assist with design and messaging of prospect/client/influencer outreach programs, including mailings and invitations. Website & New Media: • Help guide the planning and development of the firm’s website, social media and other digital platforms that leverage the firm’s brand positions. • Work with digital marketing team to maintain website brand integrity and help develop creative solutions that elevate brand awareness and increase website functionality and SEO. • Develop and implement content packaging initiatives that utilize the firm website and new technologies. Events: • Work with the events team on the planning and brand execution of client events, including collateral development, visual communications, and product giveaways. • Work with events team and client development team to develop messaging and outreach strategies that align with firm directives and maximize firm investment. Other: • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues. • Introduce and integrate new technologies, design and processes for more effective and efficient outreach strategies. • Ensure content and brand consistency; Provide clear and concise brand/content guides. • Review and analyze competitive landscape in the areas of brand strength, new media, and technology. • Help elevate the Marketing department’s profile and image within the firm.

• Demonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing. • Writing, and project management skills, with impeccable attention to detail. • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite. • Resourceful nature and comfortable in working with minimal day-to-day direction and supervision. • Use of spreadsheets and simple databases to track and aggregate data, analytics, generate reports and manage workflow. • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher). • Familiarity with and ability to quickly learn online and proprietary research tools. • Flexibility to adjust hours as needed to meet operating and business needs. • Impeccable writing, editing and proofreading skills; familiarity with AP style a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a closely related field required. • At least 3-5 years marketing, communications or related experience required. • Previous experience working in legal, accounting, consulting or at advertising or PR agency preferred.
