Allison+Partners is seeking a PR Account Director to join our team! This role will require delivering executive-level PR strategies, corporate narratives, and top-tier press. In addition to being an excellent writer, media relations guru, and creative mind, you must have experience managing multi-cultural campaigns, overseeing account teams and budget as well as have proven skills with regards to new business pursuits. You will be responsible for developing strategic public relations campaigns around news announcements and product launches. You’ll build strong media and influencer relationships for our consumer clients and always be on the lookout for opportunities that lead to coverage. The ideal candidate should have superior client service acumen, value creativity, and be solution-minded. Excellent presentation skills, strategic thinking and a proven track record with clients are also strongly preferred. Agency experience is required.
Duties and Responsibilities • Manage overall quality of account work and client satisfaction levels • Create compelling stories from clients’ business developments and data by conducting brand research, identifying and engaging with influencers across both traditional and digital platforms • Build strong relationships with national, regional and trade media as well as bloggers and influencers. • Work daily with media and influencers across multiple channels, including email and social media • Identify and secure new business • Builds and manages the appropriate strategies and collateral for new business presentations • Brings information, experience and industry intelligence to ﬁrm • Remains connected to media, inﬂuencers, industry players • Collaborate with teams across multiple disciplines and successfully manage complex, fast-moving and unexpected communications challenges • Promotes and upholds Allison+Partners’ core values

7+ years of public relations, multi-cultural or related experience with a BA or BS in related ﬁeld. Consumer PR background strongly preferred.
